Call Out Charge
Our minimum call out charge is £120.00 + VAT for the first half hour.
Additional Labour is charged at £20.00 + VAT per half hour.
Cleaning issues are still chargeable, as we have to pay an engineer to come out to you. We are always happy to help over the phone to avoid a call out.
Rental Agreements
If you have a Rental Agreement including Full Service Maintenance – this covers the Call Out Charge, Labour and all Parts for the duration of the Rental Agreement.
Maintenance Agreements
If you have a Full Service Maintenance Agreement on a machine that you own outright – this covers the Call Out Charge and any Additional Labour. This does not cover parts.
You will be required to pay for any parts, unless your machine is still under warranty with the manufacturer, in which case we will endeavour to claim for the parts through the warranty when possible.
